1. Cohere to Acquire AISLE and Launch Cohere Cyber

Cohere. Cohere announced a proposed agreement to acquire AISLE, a company founded in 2024 that builds autonomous systems to discover, validate, and remediate previously unknown vulnerabilities in production software. Cohere says AISLE found more than 500 CVE-assigned vulnerabilities across more than 100 codebases in its first year out of stealth, including all 12 vulnerabilities in OpenSSL’s January security release and 18 of the 24 CVEs in curl’s latest release. The deal forms a new Cohere Cyber business led by AISLE co-founder Ondrej Vlcek, with Jaya Baloo becoming Cohere’s CISO and Stanislav Fort becoming VP of AI Security within model research and training. Cohere also plans a long-term investment in Prague as its global center for AI cybersecurity, following its earlier Reliant AI and Aleph Alpha deals. Source
