The model is trained to investigate problems, use tools, recover from mistakes, and verify results across software engineering, data science, finance, and legal work, using trillions of tokens of Cursor data plus broad STEM and research material with reinforcement learning on hard problems. It is available across desktop, web, iOS, CLI, and SDK at $2 per million input and $6 per million output tokens, with a faster variant priced higher and a doubled usage allowance during the first week.
