Cursor AI Updates: October 14, 2026
1. Origin App Marketplace Launches With 20+ Integrations and Opens to Public Submissions
Cursor. Cursor launched the Origin App Marketplace, connecting its Origin code hosting platform to more than 20 apps for deployments, CI, code review, security, monitoring, and project management. Listed partners include Cloudflare, Netlify, Render, and Vercel for deployments, Buildkite, CircleCI, and Depot for CI, CodeRabbit and Greptile for code review, Semgrep and Socket Security for security, Sentry for monitoring, and Linear for project management. The marketplace is open to public submissions, with apps built against the Origin API authenticating via app JWTs and installation access tokens, receiving webhook events, and writing back check runs, pull request comments, and reviews. Developers submit a public app with a slug, suggested tags, and a demo video, and Cursor lists it after review; the apps are available at cursor.com/codebase/apps. Source
