1. Mistral Common 1.11.6 Ships Audio Validation and Tokenizer Fixes

Mistral. Mistral published version 1.11.6 of its open-source mistral-common tokenization library on July 17, a patch release focused on bug fixes and grammar handling. The update makes audio chunk validators raise a plain ValueError instead of a ValidationError, rejects AudioConfig instances whose sampling rate falls below the frame rate, and fixes normal token decoding under the SentencePiece RAISE policy. It also adds automatic grammar variant selection from the tokenizer, corrects seed handling in SpeechRequest conversions, and restores a deprecated reasoning parameter for Jinja template selection.
