1. Ling 3.1 Flash 1019 Is Free on AI Gateway Until November 3

Vercel added InclusionAI’s Ling 3.1 Flash 1019 to AI Gateway as inclusionai/ling-3.1-flash-1019, free until November 3, 2026, after which requests are billed at the published rate. The model is aimed at coding, multi-step reasoning and tool-using agents, and has a 1M-token context window for long documents, code and extended task histories. Free requests still appear in the spend dashboard with full request traces. It can be called through the AI SDK’s streamText, through the OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions endpoint at https://ai-gateway.vercel.sh/v1, or selected in fx with /model inclusionai/ling-3.1-flash-1019 and in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other agents after running npx vercel ai-gateway setup.
