1. Codex CLI 0.153.0 Adds Plugin Marketplaces and Vim Undo

The release lets the plugin CLI list, install, and remove plugins from remote marketplaces, and adds undo (u) and redo (Ctrl+R) to vim mode with full draft preservation, including pasted content and attachments. A new tui.auto_recap = false setting disables automatic recaps while keeping /recap available manually, and the TUI history now shows complete patches, submitted terminal input, and individual completed commands.
