1. Multi-Tenant Agent Management Reaches Public Preview in Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Microsoft has released multi-tenant agent management into public preview in the Microsoft 365 admin center, letting administrators view and govern Copilot agents across multiple customer or subsidiary tenants from one experience. Admins can see a consolidated agent inventory, add agents, install or block agents across eligible tenants, review tenant-specific risk and activity insights (with an Agent 365 license), and use a tenant switcher to move between governed tenants without signing out or maintaining separate admin accounts. For teams scaling agents across many tenants through Granular Delegated Admin Privileges, this reduces repetitive setup and supports consistent governance, with actions scoped to each administrator’s delegated role.
