Anthropic. The claude-3-haiku-20240307 model reaches its scheduled retirement date today, and API requests to the legacy endpoint now return errors. Developers still calling Haiku 3 need to migrate to Claude Haiku 4.5 (claude-haiku-4-5-20251001), which moves pricing from $0.25 / $1.25 per million input/output tokens to $1 / $5 but trades that for meaningful capability gains and a longer support horizon.
