1. ElevenAgents Adds Native Integrations With NiCE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect and Five9
ElevenLabs announced on November 4 that ElevenAgents voice agents now integrate natively with four contact center platforms (NiCE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect and Five9), so enterprises can place agents inside existing call flows while their telephony, routing, compliance recording and CRM stay unchanged. The contact center passes context to the agent at the start of a call. The agent verifies the caller, completes a task such as rescheduling an appointment or filing a claim, and logs the outcome in the CRM. When a caller asks for a person, it hands the call back through the existing routing with that context. Each platform connects differently. Genesys Cloud uses the native Audio Connector, with no SIP trunking required. In Amazon Connect, the Amazon Connect AI agent can bring in an ElevenAgents agent to talk with the customer, do work in the background or both, and control returns to Connect when the task is done. Five9’s AI Agent Connect add-on transfers calls to the agent over SIP and receives routing and disposition data back, so the call can continue to a live agent, end or be recorded with a disposition. NiCE CXone customers start through sales. Any other contact center or PBX that supports SIP trunking can connect, with call context passed in both directions through SIP headers, and ElevenAgents also works with telephony providers including Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx, Plivo, Bandwidth and Exotel. ElevenLabs cites more than 17,000 voices in over 90 languages, and AMC Health, which already runs Genesys, says the native integration was a factor in choosing ElevenLabs to build and host its voice agents. 2. SoundCloud Opens Direct Publishing From ElevenMusic, With AI Source Labels and a Free ElevenMusic Pro Offer
ElevenLabs and SoundCloud announced on November 5 that tracks made in ElevenMusic, the standalone AI music app ElevenLabs launched in April, can now be published straight to SoundCloud instead of being downloaded and uploaded by hand. That makes SoundCloud the first platform outside ElevenMusic with direct publishing. Tracks published this way carry a label identifying ElevenMusic as their source, and SoundCloud’s rules prohibit AI-generated content that misleads listeners about its origin or creator, including music that impersonates other artists. SoundCloud Artist Pro subscribers get three months of ElevenMusic Pro at no cost; the plan normally costs $9.99 a month and allows up to 1,000 songs per month, plus separation of tracks into stems such as vocals and drums. According to The Next Web, the deal follows SoundCloud’s partnership with the music-editing app Moises last month and an existing agreement with Google’s Flow Music. Source
