1. Google Launches Gemini Enterprise for Legal

Google. Google Cloud launched Gemini Enterprise for Legal, a purpose-built platform that pairs Gemini models with enterprise governance and legal-specific agents for tasks such as contract review, redlining, legal research, DSAR fulfillment, and regulatory scanning. It is available in preview with launch firms Cleary Gottlieb, Freshfields, Weil, and Williams and Connolly, plus connectors into legal systems from Thomson Reuters, Harvey, and LexisNexis. It is Google’s first industry-specific packaging of Gemini Enterprise, pushing it directly against OpenAI and Anthropic in the legal vertical. Source
