1. Firebird Opens the CIS Region’s Largest AI Factory in Armenia
NVIDIA. NVIDIA said partner Firebird has opened the CIS region’s largest AI computing facility in Armenia, deploying more than 70,000 NVIDIA GPUs based on the Blackwell and Rubin architectures alongside the NVIDIA DSX integrated computing, networking, power and cooling platform. The facility, built with Dell PowerEdge servers and delivered in roughly six months, is intended to let local developers and enterprises build and deploy AI models for their own languages and industries. NVIDIA is investing in Firebird, whose broader roadmap targets 300 megawatts of capacity in Armenia by the end of 2027 and 2 gigawatts across frontier markets including Kazakhstan. Source
