Mistral AI. Mistral released Robostral Navigate, an 8B open-weight model that lets robots navigate complex environments using only a single RGB camera and plain-language instructions. Trained entirely in simulation on roughly 400,000 trajectories across 6,000 scenes, it reports a 76.6% success rate on the unseen R2R-CE benchmark, beating depth-sensor and multi-camera systems. Mistral pitches the hardware-agnostic model for manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and hospitality, part of its push into physical AI. Source
