Vercel. MiniMax M3 is now routable through the Vercel AI Gateway, exposed in the AI SDK under the model identifier minimax/minimax-m3. The model ships with a 1M-token context window and native multimodality built around MiniMax Sparse Attention (MSA), and the Gateway accepts both text-only and image-inclusive requests so callers can pass screenshots or other visual content alongside instructions. MiniMax positions M3 for software engineering, terminal-based tool use, and agentic web browsing, with optimization for extended multi-turn conversations. Routing through the Gateway adds usage tracking, automatic retries, and failover without a separate provider integration, and Vercel states it applies no markup or platform fee on inference. Source
