1. Toyota North America Scales Enterprise AI With Deep Agents and LangSmith

LangChain. LangChain published a case study on how Toyota North America’s enterprise AI team used Deep Agents and LangSmith to cut new agent deployment from about six months and six engineers to four days and one engineer. The team runs ToyotaGPT with more than 50 production agents plus tools such as GearPal, which reduced manufacturing diagnosis time from hours to minutes. LangSmith observability serves as the monitoring backbone across the deployment. Source
