1. SpaceX Completes Its Acquisition of Cursor

Cursor. SpaceX closed its acquisition of the AI coding company Cursor in a $60 billion all-stock deal, completing a transaction first announced in April 2026 and confirmed after SpaceX’s IPO in June. Cursor said the deal gives it access to SpaceX’s computing infrastructure, which it described as the largest fleet of GPUs in the world and which already serves customers including Anthropic and Google.
