1. Meta Commits Additional $21B to CoreWeave for AI Cloud Infrastructure

Meta. Meta committed an additional $21 billion to CoreWeave for AI cloud capacity through December 2032, bringing the total contract value to $35.2 billion. The deal focuses on inference workloads and includes some of the initial deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. CoreWeave is raising $4.25 billion in new debt to support the expanded capacity. Source
